Withdrawal Form This form can be filled out to exercise the right of withdrawal in distance contracts or contracts concluded outside commercial premises. The withdrawal must be communicated within 14 days from receiving the goods or from the conclusion of the contract for services.

Extension of Deadline in Case of Delayed Delivery This communication must be drafted if the contract has not been executed within the specified time or in any case not within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
